Our August Club meet was attended by an appreciative country music audience with some new faces too. With no guest Artist for this month we held a "throw it together" Duo 2nd half. Great stuff from those who gave it a go, great fun.
We were treated once again to a visit from the Hale family from Te Teko who either have us in stiches or in awe with their singing talents.
Did you spot the new signs we have, they sure let everyone know where to come to - thank you so much to our makers of them.
Next month - 12th September, we have Joy Adams as our Guest Artist so mark it on your calendar and get along for another great afternoon of Country Music.

Phoenix Club Days - all welcome

Held on the 2nd Sunday of each month
At the Ngongotaha Rugby League Club Rooms
(Entrance off Tarawera Road, on the way to the Blue & Green Lakes)

Club Days will commence at 1pm and finish at 5pm
Afternoon tea will be supplied.
Members, a plate please, for afternoon tea.
